Companies with a team of less than 500 and no more than €100 million turnover or €86 million gross assets can claim. Don’t worry about your company’s industry — if your project aims to make scientific or technical advances in your field, you can apply.

Eligibility assessment

How much can I claim?

You can claim back a portion of the amount spent on the project — including employee salaries, subcontractor costs and software — in tax credits. If your company isn't yet profitable, you’ll get a cash-back payment instead.
